How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders then arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. International orders may take a little longer.

Where is my order?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email — it updates as your parcel moves. If 20 business days have passed and it still hasn't arrived, email us and we'll sort it out right away.

What's your return policy?

You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, just send us a photo — we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed.

Are your products safe for my dog?

We choose vet-minded products and include sizing guidance on every listing. As with any new product or toy, please supervise your dog at first and use each product's size chart to pick the right fit.

Do you support animal shelters?

Yes — $3 from every order goes to animal shelters. Every purchase helps a dog who's still waiting for a home.
